Bleecker Trading Birthday Party FAQs

1. How do I book a birthday party?

• All birthday party requests must be submitted through our online request form above. Once submitted, a team member will reach out to confirm your event and discuss details.

2. What different party packages do you offer?

• Birthday Party Package: There is a $500 rental fee for every two hour party. In addition, each kid that attends the party will be charged $50. Included in the $50 charge, each kid will receive $35 in store credit that they can use to purchase cards/wax/merchandise during the party.
• Casual Event Hangouts: There is also a $500 rental fee for every two hour party with this package. In addition, there will be a minimum spend of $500 during the two hour time frame.

3. What is included in the birthday party package?

• Non-Exclusive Use of the space which includes:
• Reserved seating and dedicated space for your group.
• In-store credit per guest to spend on trading cards or merchandise.
• Top loaders/Sleeves/Trading card supplies for protecting cards.

4. How long do birthday parties last?

• Parties last up to 2 hours, with start times available from 11 AM to 7 PM. Please confirm your preferred time when booking.

5. What are the food and catering options?

• You are welcome to bring your own food. While we are located near some of New York City's best pizza spots, you are responsible for organizing the catering. Please note that no fridge space is available for cake or beverages. You are also responsible for bringing any paper goods such as plates, napkins, utensils, etc.

6. What is the difference between the Upper West Side and West Village locations?

• Upper West Side (UWS): We typically DO NOT host parties at our Upper West Side location due to the capacity of the space. If you are interested in hosting a small gathering at the UWS (5-10 people), feel free to fill out an online request form.
• West Village (WV): larger capacity, suitable for parties of 20-30 kids plus parents, with outdoor space and a lounge, offering more room for both kids and parents to enjoy.

7. Are the parties private or semi-private?

• All parties are semi-private, with a reserved seating area specifically for your group. The store will remain open for regular business, but your group will have a dedicated space for the celebration.

8. Can I rent the store for a fully private event?

• Private events can be arranged upon request. These events grant exclusive use of the space for your group and are available during weekdays only.

9. Is there a deposit required?

• A $250 deposit is required to book your event and secure the date.

10. Do parents have to pay the per-person fee?

• Parents attending with their children are not charged a per-person fee. Only children participating in the party are included in the pricing.

11. Can I customize my party?

• Absolutely! You can add custom touches like party favors, extra hats, or even high-end trading card activities. Let us know your preferences when booking, and we can tailor the event to suit your needs.
