Bleecker Trading Birthday Party FAQs
1. How do I book a birthday party?
All birthday party requests must be submitted through our online request form. Please note that all parties take place on weekdays. Once submitted, a team member will reach out within 24–48 hours (longer on weekends/holidays) to confirm and discuss details.
2. What locations and packages do you offer?
Upper West Side (80th & Amsterdam):
Capacity: Up to 12 total party attendees
Space Fee: $500 for a 2-hour party + $50 per child (includes $35 in-store credit for trading cards or merchandise)
Best for smaller celebrations
Please note: If your party has more than 12 attendees, it must be hosted at our West Village location due to space limitations.
West Village (Christopher Street):
Capacity: Up to 25 total party attendees
Features: Backyard and lounge area for extra space
Space Fee: $500 (Up to 12 attendees) / $750 (Up to 25 attendees) + $50 per child (includes $35 in-store credit for trading cards or merchandise)
Ideal for larger gatherings with both kids and parent(s)
3. How long do parties last?
Each party lasts up to 2 hours.
Parties begin between 11 AM and 5 PM on weekdays.
4. Can we bring food or cake?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food, cake, and beverages.
Please note: We do not provide refrigeration.
You’ll need to bring your own plates, napkins, utensils, etc.
5. Are parties private?
Parties are semi-private with a reserved seating area. The store remains open for business.
Private events (exclusive use of the space) are available by request during weekdays only.
6. Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $250 deposit is required to secure your date.
7. Do parents pay the per-person fee?
No, only children participating in the party are included in the per-person pricing.
8. Can we customize the party? Absolutely! Options include party favors, hats, or premium trading card activities. All party favors will be priced upon request. Please share your ideas when booking and we’ll help tailor the experience.
The Bleecker Trading Card Store
The perfect place to hold an event while surrounded by memorabilia and cards. This space also gives you access to the Bleecker Trading team, which means you can get quick valuation or line up accreditation for any cards you’re thinking about buying or selling.
The Social Club
Is your guest list so large that our store can’t accommodate it? Our social club is the ideal event space rental. NYC residents and collectors from out-of-state will love our social club. It’s spacious, attractively designed, and even has room for DJs. Make your event a full-on party while building connections with collectors from all over the country.
Our Outdoor Backyard
Manhattan event space rental isn’t limited to indoor venues. Bleecker Trading also operates an outdoor venue in the backyard of our social club. This venue is ideal for those who want to engage in a little trading while enjoying the great outdoors. Take full advantage of the warm weather with an outdoor event.
