**Membership Club Terms & Conditions**

 

**Membership Eligibility:** Membership is open to individuals of all ages.  For those applying for a youth membership, we reserve the right to request two forms of proof of age with a corresponding address at any point during the application process or membership term. This could be in the form of a birth certificate, passport, or any other valid form of identification that accurately indicates the date of birth and/or address. Failure to provide this proof upon request may result in the suspension or termination of the membership. It is the responsibility of the member or their legal guardian to provide accurate information regarding their age. Misrepresentation of age is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may lead to immediate termination of the membership without a refund.

 

**Membership Terms:** Memberships are annual, beginning on the date of enrollment and ending one year later. Memberships may be renewed upon expiration.

 

**Fees and Payments:** A valid credit/debit card is required for paying membership fees. Membership fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions. 

 

**Membership Benefits:** Members will have access to exclusive deals, discounts, and events. Benefits are subject to change and availability may vary.

 

**Variability of Membership Benefits:** All membership benefits and offers provided by the Club are subject to availability and may change or be replaced at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice to members. While we strive to provide a consistent and valuable membership experience, we do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific benefit, offer, or discount. We reserve the right to substitute or remove benefits and offers as necessary based on business needs, availability, or other considerations. Members will not be entitled to a refund or compensation due to changes in benefits or offers.

 

**Cancellation by Member:** Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting customer service. No refunds will be provided upon cancellation.

 

**Membership Suspension or Termination:** We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership if a member fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, misuses their membership privileges, or engages in illegal, fraudulent, or inappropriate conduct.

 

**Non-Transferability of Membership:** Membership in the Club is personal to the individual member and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other individual or entity. Membership privileges, including access to exclusive events, discounts, and other benefits, are solely for the use of the registered member and cannot be shared with or used by others. Any attempt to transfer or share membership privileges is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the immediate termination of the membership without refund.

 

**Privacy:** The information provided by members will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

**Limitation of Liability:** To the extent permitted by law, the Club will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages.

 

**Changes to the Terms and Conditions:** The Club reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

 

**Governing Law:** These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the location of the Club.

 

Beckett Grading Services Terms and Conditions for Bleecker Trading Membership Program:

 

  1. The Bleecker Trading Membership Program offers its members a 10% discount on Beckett Grading Services. The discount is applicable only on the total cost of grading services before taxes and additional fees.
  1. Membership in the Bleecker Trading program is required to avail the discount. Membership eligibility, benefits, and fees are determined by Bleecker Trading and are subject to change without prior notice.
  1. The discount can only be used by the individual member who holds an active and valid Bleecker Trading membership. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be shared with non-members.
  1. To avail the discount, Bleecker Trading members must enter a valid membership number or present their membership card at the time of submitting their items for grading. The discount cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
  1. The discount is applicable only for items that meet the grading criteria set by Beckett Grading Services. Beckett Grading Services reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet their quality standards.
  1. The total discount amount is subject to limits based on the membership tier. The limits are as follows:

   - Blue Diamond Members: The total discount amount is capped at $100 per annual year.

   - Red Diamond Memberships: The total discount amount is capped at $1000 per annual year.

   - Black Diamond Memberships: The total discount amount is capped at $2500 per annual year.

   - Flawless Members: The total discount amount is capped at $10,000 per annual year.

  1. The discount is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified by Bleecker Trading or Beckett Grading Services at any time without prior notice.
  1. Misuse or abuse of the discount offer or membership benefits is strictly prohibited. Bleecker Trading reserves the right to cancel or revoke the membership and discount privileges if any fraudulent activity or misuse is detected.
  1. The discount is not redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation.
  1. Bleecker Trading and Beckett Grading Services are not responsible for any errors, technical glitches, or system failures that may prevent the discount from being applied during the checkout process.
